Ceramic

Also known as clear braces. Designed to blend with the colour of the natural teeth while working exactly like metal ones.
What it is
Ceramic braces are used to correct misalignments of the teeth and jaws. The brackets are made from ceramic or a composite material that is tooth-coloured or clear, so they are far less noticeable than stainless steel.
Mechanically they behave like metal braces — bracket, archwire, regular adjustment — so they treat the same range of problems.
